CMX2.5 Update Information for Existing Customers

Attention CMX2 version 2.x customers:

We are pleased to announce the release of the latest update for the CMX2 plugin, version 2.5 as of June 2024. This update is available to you free of charge as an existing CMX2 (v2.0) customer.

As part of our continuous efforts to improve our services, we have upgraded our customer database and servers (as of May 2024). Due to these upgrades, you will need to log back into your CMX2 plugin after installing the v2.5 update. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Installation Instructions:

1. Download the v2.5 update installer from the link provided via NBP email to CMX2 customers.  Didn't get that email?  Send your purchase info to nbp@ninobatista.com to request your update download.

2. Install the v2.5 update in your Adobe Creative Cloud.

3. Log back into the CMX2 plugin using your license key.  If you have forgotten your license key, don’t worry. Simply click on the "Forgot your license key?" button within the plugin panel to retrieve it via email.

Important Note:

Customers who do not update to v2.5 from v2.0 will be automatically logged out when the new server is operational. Should this happen, you will just need to log back in with your license key.
